Train ride is optional for general admission and may be purchased as a bundle or as a $10 add-on. Children 2 and under ride free when seated on an adult's lap. Sales tax applies to Santa photo packages only.
Weather & Cancellation Policy
The Dos Lagos Christmas Light Show is an outdoor event and operates rain or shine, weather permitting. For the safety of our guests and staff, certain attractions or the entire event may be temporarily suspended, delayed, or canceled due to rain, high winds, severe weather, or unsafe conditions.
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If the event is canceled by management due to weather or safety concerns, affected ticket holders will be offered the opportunity to reschedule their visit to another available date during the event season, subject to availability.
Individual attractions may close without the entire event being canceled. Such closures do not qualify for refunds or complimentary tickets.
We reserve the right to modify operating hours, attractions, or event schedules at any time to ensure guest safety.

Santa Train Ticket required for Santa photos.
A $10 Santa Train Ticket (a daytime ride during Santa hours) is required for each guest participating in Santa photos, and you can buy it alongside your photo package. Evening light show train tickets can't be used for Santa photos. Children 2 and under ride free when seated on an adult's lap. Santa photo packages and digital add-ons are sold separately from event admission. Digital add-ons are available with a photo package purchase. Santa photos are closed on Christmas Day.

When does the synchronized lighting show run?
The first synchronized lighting event begins at 5:30 PM each operating night. After that, the entire Christmas Light Show comes alive with synchronized lights and music every 30 minutes throughout the evening. Show times are subject to change based on operating conditions.
What are the Santa and train hours?
Wednesday–Friday: 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM
Special holiday hours: Dec. 21–23 · 12:00 PM–8:00 PM • Dec. 24 · 11:00 AM–5:00 PM. Santa photos and train service are closed on Christmas Day. Santa is not scheduled for Dec. 26–27.
Is my ticket for a set time?
No. There are no timed entry slots. Your ticket is good for entry any time during your night's posted hours.
Can the posted hours change?
Yes. Operating hours, Santa appearances, train availability, attractions, and event details are subject to change due to weather, crowd conditions, operational needs, safety considerations, or other circumstances. Please check the latest posted schedule before visiting.
Is the event open on Christmas Day?
No. Christmas at Dos Lagos is closed on December 25.

Who needs an admission ticket?
Every guest over 2 years old needs paid admission. Children 2 and under are free and don't need a ticket.
Is the holiday train included with general admission?
No. The holiday train is an additional $10 per rider unless you purchase an admission-and-train bundle.
Do young children need a train ticket?
Children age 2 and under may ride free when seated on an adult's lap. All other riders require a $10 train ticket.
Can I use my evening train ticket for Santa photos?
No. Santa photos require a Santa Train Ticket, a daytime ride during Santa hours. You can buy it in the Santa Photos section of the ticket store.
Is this a drive-through or walk-through event?
The main Christmas experience is a walk-through event. The light tunnel is experienced aboard the holiday train only; walking through the tunnel will not be allowed.

Are Santa photo packages included with admission or the train ride?
No. Santa photo packages are purchased separately. Choose from Classic $42, Deluxe $58, or Premium $75.
Can I purchase digital Santa photos?
Yes. With a Santa photo package purchase, you may add one digital image for $16 or the full digital gallery for $29.

Parking is at The Shops at Dos Lagos, 2780 Cabot Drive, Corona, CA 92883.
Are strollers and wheelchairs allowed?
Yes. The event is stroller and wheelchair accessible.
What if I can't board the train due to mobility limitations?
Train rides are optional for guests who cannot safely board due to mobility limitations. An accessible alternative route to Santa photos is available. Please ask a staff member for assistance.
What happens if it rains or you close for weather?
The event is outdoors. Weather may affect operating hours, attractions, Santa appearances, or train service. Any weather-related changes will be posted as soon as practical.
If we close a night because of weather, your tickets for that night are good for any other remaining show night this season.
Do I need to bring ID?
Only the purchaser needs to show a valid ID at check-in. Other guests in your party don't need ID.
Can I buy tickets at the event?
Online advance purchase is recommended. Same-day or walk-up tickets may be available based on capacity.
